The Association is funded by an annual maintenance fee from
residents. The amount being agreed at the AGM.
The maintence fee for the year 2019 is £220.
The breakdown of the expenditure varies somewhat from year to year but is likely to include:
- Road Maintenance
- Maintenance of the cattle grids and verges
- Road Sweeping
- Gates, and signs
- Maintenance of common drains
- Legal Costs
- Insurance
- Membership of the Private Roads Association
- Administration
