Finance
The Association is funded by annual subscriptions from residents. The amount being agreed at the AGM.
Subscription for 2011/12 is £255 (less £5 discount for payment by end of April).
Total income in 2010 was £13,012. The breakdown of the expenditure varies somewhat from year to year but is likely to include:
- Road Maintenance
- Maintenance of the cattle grids and verges
- Road Sweeping
- Gates, and signs
- Maintenance of common drains
- Legal Costs
- Insurance
- Membership of the Private Roads Association
- Administration
