Finance
The Association is funded by annual subscriptions from residents. The amount being agreed at the AGM. Payment is due at the end of April and this year (2009) the subscription is £155.
Total income in 2008 was £10,540. The breakdown of the expenditure varies somewhat from year to year but is likely to include:
- Road Maintenance
- Maintenance of the cattle grids and verges
- Road Sweeping
- Gates, and signs
- Maintenance of common drains
- Legal Costs
- Insurance
- Membership of the Private Roads Association
- Administration
